Thomaz was born in São Paulo, the son of
Luciana Santos and Roberto, older brother of
Livia Helena. He started studying drama at the
age of 3. Thomaz's first job was an ad for Claro,
called Claro Conselhos. This ad was shot in
Montevideo, Uruguay.
He was the winner of the "Cena em Ação"
competition for the ST's Hebe program, and
Thomaz landed a role in the novel "Vende-se
um Véu de Noiva". The following year, he
appeared in the Brazilian production of the
musical "O Rei e Eu", a very demanding
production, which received excellent reviews
and nominations, and on 27 February 2010 at
Teatro Alpha São Paulo Premiere.
