Damon Albarn from Gorillaz performing 'Tormenta' ft. Bad Bunny wins Coachella

Damon Albarn from Gorillaz performed “Tormenta” featuring Bad Bunny on Friday night at the 2023 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. The beautiful performance, which included his official visualizer of the song, became an instant classic.

Even though Bad Bunny did not perform live with Albarn, his vocals were on playback while the Gorillaz creator played the keyboard, making for a great mixture of raw, yet crisp.

Bad Bunny throws fans phone into ocean

Albarn, 55, previously stated that one of his favorite things about the band he helped create is that there is a lot of room to work with any artist, including Benito.

“Bad Bunny’s the real deal,” Albarn said. “He’s got one of those annoying voices, which is exactly right every time. So accurate and so consistent, it’s amazing.

“If I could sing like that, I would be the biggest artist in the world, but I can’t, so I’m not!'”

Bad Bunny makes Coachella history

Later that night, Bad Bunny made history as the first Latino artist to headline at the iconic music festival.

Bad Bunny, 29, was the main draw of the evening and even had an “activation” featuring Adidas, who just launched his sneaker.

The reggaeton artist recently made headlines for throwing a shot at NBA star Devin Booker in a song.

Bad Bunny reportedly wanted to take things to the next level with Kendall Jenner, but the song might have ruined his chances.
